A letter from the venue or even just an email from clearly identified venue staff that confirms there was an issue scanning the tickets would suffice as proof.

The tickets that you receive will be the ones that you requested, or better.

Sellers on Front Row Baby are required to deliver the advertised seating location or a location with equal or better viewing conditions. A seller that makes a substantial adjustment to a customer's requested seating location (such as the section or row) is expected to proactively contact that consumer for confirmation. Please contact Front Row Baby promptly if you are not satisfied with the tickets that were substituted for you. To find a solution that works for both you and the seller, we will look into the situation on your behalf.

Your tickets will arrive before the event.

Shipments are always sent to the address specified by the customer throughout the purchasing process. All tickets will be delivered out with plenty of time for at least one delivery attempt to be made before the event. Your presence is required at the time of delivery in order to accept the tickets. If your tickets are lost or not delivered in time for the event, Front Row Baby will help you arrange for reimbursement with the seller.

If an even is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.

In the event of a cancellation, Front Row Baby will work with the selling broker to issue a full refund of the ticket price (less any applicable delivery fees). Hard-stock tickets may need to be returned to the seller before a refund is given.
