Is Front Row Baby is a safe website to make a purchase?

Yes. When shopping at Front Row Baby, you can rest assured that your personal information will be kept private. All information sent to and from Front Row Baby is encrypted using a trusted SSL certificate, protecting your personal information and financial transactions at all times. The Front Row Baby checkout process is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant and subjected to daily security checks by McAfee Secure, a leading provider of internet security software.

What is the status of my ticket orders?

You can track the status of your various ticket orders by logging into your Front Row Baby account here: Manage Your Account.

You can quickly find the status of one of your ticket orders by submitting your email address and order number here: Track Your Order.

Will I receive my tickets in time for the show?

Absolutely! Front Row Baby guarantees that all tickets sold through their site will be delivered in time for the event. Front Row Baby's last-minute ticket listings are often for downloadable digital tickets or Will Call tickets that must be picked up in person.

Do you charge a service fee?

All ticket purchases include a service fee, which goes toward maintaining this website and keeping it open for business. The service fee covers the cost of everything from checkout protection and customer care to the cost of maintaining the core ticketing system.
When compared to other ticketing services, Front Row Baby's service cost is rather affordable. We hope that this discount on tickets will lead to repeat business, which will allow us to keep our prices so low. There are ticketing sites that obscure the service cost by including it into the price of the tickets themselves. We have decided to charge a small service fee in addition to the price of the ticket, and this amount is clearly displayed at checkout.

Can I track my ticket delivery?

If you have ordered tickets online and they are being shipped to you, you will get a FedEx tracking number in an email. This FedEx tracking number will allow you to monitor the delivery of your package online.

When will I receive my tickets?

Ticket distribution procedures might vary widely depending on the event and location. It's not the same for every order.

I didn't receive my ticket transfer email.

These messages are easily missed if they go in the spam folder. To resend an email, just sign in to your Front Row Baby account and select that option.

I still haven't received my tickets, and the big night is almost here.

Often this is the case of your tickets being ready but you have not accepted the transfer.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

Although it rarely happens, events sometimes need to be canceled. If the event you purchased tickets for is canceled, you will receive a full refund (less shipping costs). If you paid with credit card, that's where your refund will go. If you need further information about a refund or a postponed event, please get in touch with the ticket seller using the information printed on your tickets.

What happens if my event is postponed?

Your already purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled show. There is nothing necessary on your part. Please be aware that a postponement of an event does not guarantee a refund. Contact the event's original ticket seller to arrange a refund if the new date doesn't work for you.

I have purchased more than one ticket, are they next to each other?

Absolutely! If you're looking to get tickets for a large group of friends or family members, Front Row Baby is the best option because all of the seats are together. Tickets are usually purchased together, however there may be some exceptions. If this is the case, your tickets won't be grouped with others.
